Retention and Bonus Manager

We are looking for a Retention and Bonus Manager

Requirements:

• 1.5–3+ years of experience in Bonuses, CRM, Retention;
• Experience independently launching promotional campaigns;
• In-depth understanding of bonus mechanics;
• Knowledge of key metrics: GGR, NGR, Bonus Cost, Turnover, Conversion, and Retention;
• Understanding of player segmentation and lifecycle management;
• Experience with A/B testing;
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets;
• Ability to work with BI tools;
• Basic understanding of unit economics.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage bonus campaigns end-to-end;
• Select bonus mechanics tailored to player segments and lifecycle stages;
• Define bonus terms and calculate their financial impact;
• Analyze campaign performance;
• Optimize Bonus Cost, Conversion, Turnover, and Revenue;
• Develop and test hypotheses;
• Manage the bonus calendar across multiple player segments and GEOs;
• Coordinate launches with CRM, Product, Analytics, Content, and VIP teams.
