The Role
We are looking for a Retention Manager who will be responsible for building and optimizing our customer lifecycle strategy with a strong focus on retention, repeat purchases, and revenue per user.
This role combines email marketing execution with strategic thinking around customer journeys, monetization funnels, and long-term audience engagement.
You will work on increasing customer lifetime value (LTV) through structured communication, automation, segmentation, and continuous testing.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute retention strategies across the customer lifecycle
Build and optimize automated flows (Welcome, Warm-up, Abandoned Cart, Re-engagement, post-purchase sequences, upsell/cross-sell)
Create targeted campaigns aimed at repeat purchases and reducing churn
Perform deep audience segmentation based on behavioral and transactional data
Continuously run A/B tests on subject lines, pricing bundles, hooks, timing, content structure, and CTAs
Monitor and analyze retention-related KPIs (Repeat Purchase Rate, LTV, Churn Rate, Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate)
Optimize communication based on funnel performance and monetization insights
Collaborate with content, performance, and analytics teams to align lifecycle communication with broader growth goals
Candidate Expectations
1.5–2+ years of experience in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing
Strong copywriting skills focused on conversion and engagement
Experience building automated lifecycle flows
Understanding of monetization funnels, repeat purchase mechanics, and churn reduction
Analytical mindset and experience working with performance metrics
Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is a strong advantage
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email layout
English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
Nice to Have
Experience in digital products, e-commerce, or subscription-based models
Experience working with creator-driven or media businesses
Understanding of performance marketing and paid traffic dynamics
