Retention Marketing Executive

Primary role is to drive customer retention across BHSB entity (Life/Biz/Credit/Bank/) and any other new entities under BHSB. To execute all marketing campaigns (via owned channels) to targeted segments and drive transactions and activity amongst users through personalized communication.
- Utilize retention platforms to execute campaigns.
- Weekly reporting of MAU MTU.
- Build, schedule and monitor campaigns.
- Contribute, develop and execute new ways of retaining customers through A/B testing and experimentations.
- Create configure, adjust and deploy targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign success metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Provide, analysis, observations, and recommendations on all MAU MTU campaigns.
