Talent 360 is looking for a Revenue & Distribution Manager to join our team managing a portfolio of serviced apartments and short-term rental properties in Cairo. This role focuses on pricing strategy, revenue optimization, forecasting, and distribution management to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall portfolio performance.
The Revenue & Distribution Manager will be responsible for driving commercial performance through data-driven pricing decisions, demand analysis, and optimization of distribution channels. The role requires strong analytical and commercial thinking, with the ability to translate market trends and booking data into actionable revenue strategies.
Key responsibilities:
Develops and executes revenue management and pricing strategies across the portfolio
Manages dynamic pricing based on demand, seasonality, booking pace, and competitor activity
Monitors and optimizes key KPIs including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and net revenue
Builds and maintains short-term and long-term revenue forecasts
Analyzes booking patterns, demand trends, cancellation behavior, and booking windows
Conducts regular competitor analysis and market benchmarking
Manages and optimizes distribution across OTA, direct, and partner channels
Monitors channel performance, rate parity, and identifies revenue leakage opportunities
Prepares revenue performance reports and presents insights to management
Supports budgeting, forecasting, and overall revenue planning activities
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial strategy
Strong background in serviced apartments, short-term rentals, hospitality, or similar inventory-based businesses
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
Strong understanding of revenue management principles (ADR, RevPAR, forecasting, pacing, demand analysis)
Experience with PMS, channel managers, or revenue management systems is highly preferred
Strong ability to analyze market trends and competitor pricing behavior
Strong commercial mindset with decision-making and problem-solving ability
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field is an advantage
