Oversees the revenue cycle operations for a healthcare provider’s physician network, ensuring billing accuracy, compliance, and financial optimization while collaborating with leadership and vendors.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
LOCATION: 100% ONSITE
Job Summary:
- Partners closely with physician leaders to strengthen relationships, improve revenue cycle performance, and support strategic practice initiatives.
- Serves as a key advisor and liaison to physicians, executive leadership, and vendor partners on revenue cycle operations and compliance.
- Leads professional billing, charge capture, and revenue optimization efforts to ensure financial integrity and operational excellence.
- Builds collaborative relationships across physician practices, Information Services, and third-party vendors to drive process improvements.
- Oversees vendor performance and revenue cycle operations, ensuring accountability, accuracy, and service excellence.
- Uses data and reporting to identify opportunities, enhance provider performance, and support organizational goals.
- Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations while mitigating financial and operational risk.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field
Preferred Education:
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field.
Required Experience:
Five (5) years of relevant, job-related experience
