The candidate has to have Team Management experience. The person should reach out to the Insurance companies to check if the patients are eligible for the insurance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage operations of the benefits verification unit efficiently.

Must-Haves :

- 8-10 years in US Healthcare RCM process

- 5+ years in team management

- Proven communication skills

- Experience working with Insurance and verification roles before.
