This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to directly influence the financial performance and operational efficiency of healthcare organizations.
You will analyze revenue cycle processes to strengthen charge capture, billing accuracy, compliance, and overall revenue integrity.
Working across acute and non-acute environments, you will investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and turn data into actionable improvements.
You will manage and optimize charge master activities while staying current with regulatory and coding changes.
The position combines analytical problem-solving with cross-functional collaboration, education, and process improvement.
You will work closely with clinical, operational, and client leadership teams to improve workflows and reduce revenue leakage.

Accountabilities

  • Manage and support charge master activities, including maintenance, updates, and alignment with current coding, billing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory and code changes and evaluate their impact on charging practices, revenue integrity, and reimbursement.
  • Analyze charge capture processes, work queues, claim edits, billing errors, denials, and reconciliation results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Investigate the root causes of charge inefficiencies and revenue leakage, developing and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Conduct analytical trending and reporting to provide meaningful insights into revenue cycle performance and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
  • Evaluate charging practices and recommend process improvements that promote accurate, complete, and consistent charge capture.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and client leadership to strengthen revenue integrity processes and operational performance.
  • Provide education and guidance on revenue integrity best practices, charge capture methodologies, and quality standards.
  • Conduct quality assurance activities and use performance data to identify opportunities for additional training or workflow improvements.
  • Support operational improvement initiatives and system conversions, helping ensure effective implementation and continuity of revenue cycle processes.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, rounding, and site visits as needed.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve revenue cycle efficiency, compliance, financial performance, and overall organizational outcomes.
  • Requirements

    • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle, revenue integrity, hospital operations, coding, billing, charge capture, or a closely related field is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of charge capture, charge master management, coding and billing practices, reconciliation, denials, claim edits, and revenue cycle workflows.
    • Ability to interpret regulatory and coding changes and assess their operational and financial impact.
    • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
    • Experience working with data, reporting, performance metrics, and analytical trends to identify process improvement opportunities.
    • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, and quality.
    • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and provide effective education and guidance to clinical, operational, and revenue cycle stakeholders.
    • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and with client leadership.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and take ownership of assigned projects and improvement initiatives.
    • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while remaining available for client or onsite activities when required.
    • A continuous-improvement mindset and willingness to explore innovative approaches and technologies that can improve healthcare processes and reduce friction.
    • Authorization to work and reside within the United States is required.
