Revenue Management Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Revenue Management Associate to join our Revenue Management team. This role will involve diving deep into operational processes, identifying challenges, and driving impactful changes in uncertain and fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate has a strong data and operational background, thrives on solving complex problems, and is unafraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done. They will work across teams to implement solutions, deliver results, and support the company’s most critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the data pipelines and dashboards used across ops, finance, marketing, and pricing, and develop and standardize the revenue metrics behind them, ensuring alignment on methodologies and data sources.
• Support the monthly business review (MBR) and annual budgeting processes, preparing the revenue analysis, commentary, and inputs that inform performance reviews and planning.
• Analyze and improve core operational processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-priority special projects, often requiring quick turnarounds and hands-on involvement.
• Work closely with leadership to address operational bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support the design and build-out of a central data platform, contributing to the architecture and roadmap alongside data engineering.
