About the Role

Build your career through AKC’s two year Management Trainee Programme, designed to develop future Team Leads and business leaders.

You will complete four six-month rotations across Customer Success & Marketing, Revenue, Training Management and Compliance, and Business Development. Through hands-on assignments, mentorship and cross-functional projects, you will gain a strong understanding of AKC’s customers, operations, products and growth strategies.

High-performing trainees may be considered for progression into a Team Lead or suitable specialist position upon successful completion.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support sales pipelines, revenue tracking and performance reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM, ERP and reporting systems.
  • Analyse business data and identify performance trends.
  • Support workflow improvement, automation and digitalisation projects.


Leadership Development

In addition to the four rotations, you will:

  • Receive coaching and mentorship from staff and senior leaders.
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects.
  • Present recommendations and project outcomes to management.
  • Develop skills in decision-making, communication and stakeholder management.
  • Take on increasing responsibility throughout the programme.
  • Build the capabilities needed to progress into a Team Lead position.
