Job Summary

We are seeking a commercially driven and analytical Revenue Manager to lead the hotel’s revenue management strategy, driving revenue growth through pricing, forecasting, market analysis, and collaboration with senior management and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue, pricing, and inventory strategies aligned with hotel business objectives to maximize profitability
  • Support annual budgeting and create yearly rate strategies tailored to different market segments
  • Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and lead regular revenue meetings to review performance and identify opportunities
  • Monitor rates, availability, and restrictions across distribution channels to optimize revenue and inventory utilization
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and booking patterns to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities
  • Prepare detailed revenue, benchmarking, and performance reports to inform commercial decision-making
  • Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to provide actionable market intelligence
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to identify new business opportunities and target market segments
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel products, rates, promotions, and competitive positioning
  • Continuously seek improvements in revenue management systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency
  • Proactively optimize revenue and manage costs to support financial goals
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Reservations, Front Office, and other departments to achieve commercial and guest satisfaction objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in revenue management, reservations, e-commerce, sales, or related hotel commercial functions
  • Familiarity with hotel revenue management and property management systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work proactively and stay organized in a fast-paced hospitality environment
