Position Summary:
The Revenue Manager is responsible for driving profitable revenue across all streams by strategically managing pricing, distribution, and inventory. This role ensures rate integrity, optimizes performance through data-driven decisions, and supports long-term customer satisfaction. A key focus is maintaining and enhancing the property’s online presence, ensuring strong positioning in both direct and indirect digital channels. Combining commercial insight with a strategic approach to e-commerce, this role plays a vital part in the property’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates, occupancy, and overall revenue.

· Strategically manage all online and offline distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and the hotel website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong positioning.

· Build and execute the yearly digital plan and budget, covering all digital channels and online marketing initiatives.

· Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to inform pricing, yield, and inventory decisions.

· Support hotel management in strategic planning, marketing plans, and budgeting processes.

· Participate in the preparation of the annual topline budget.

· Track, analyze, and report key revenue performance indicators, including both Revenue Management and E-Commerce metrics.

· Prepare and chair weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings to align teams and drive revenue initiatives.

· Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals, optimizing campaigns as needed.

· Monitor third-party intelligence sources to maintain competitive advantage.

· Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and dynamic packaging strategies.



Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in revenue management and e-commerce within a 4- or 5-star hotel.

· Strong analytical skills and proficiency with PMS, RMS, CRM, and online booking platforms.

· Knowledge of digital marketing trends, distribution channels, OTAs, and GDS.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

· Results-oriented with strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
