Revenue Manager, Leased Hotels Türkiye
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies for the leased hotels to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Partner with General Managers and commercial leadership of the leased hotels in defining annual commercial strategies, including business mix, seasonal pricing, and day-of-week pricing.
- Monitor market trends, demand patterns, booking pace, and pick-up to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate pricing actions.
- Lead weekly Topline Meetings with the management teams of the leased hotels, driving performance reviews and action plans.
- Analyze key performance indicators, including ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR, RGI and commercial KPI’s provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking, including pricing, availability, and performance analysis, to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and dynamic forecasts by segment, revenue, and occupancy using revenue management systems and business intelligence tools.
- Make daily pricing, inventory, and distribution decisions, rate restrictions and group quotations, and channel optimization, to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Ensure revenue strategies are accurately implemented across all distribution channels and operational departments, maintaining data integrity within PMS, RMS and other revenue management systems.
- Review, audit, and optimize revenue management systems, tools, and processes to ensure operational efficiency and commercial effectiveness.
- Promote a strong Revenue Management culture through coaching, training, and cross-functional collaboration with Reservations, Front Office, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Revenue Management role within the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Solid understanding of Revenue Management principles, pricing strategies, forecasting, and demand analysis.
- Hands-on experience with PMS, RMS, Channel Manager, and other revenue management applications.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting and BI tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and make sound commercial decisions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
