Revenue Manager – W Prague
W Prague is looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy and drive commercial performance across the hotel.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing, forecasting, and revenue strategies.
- Analyze market trends, demand, and business performance.
- Maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall hotel revenue.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Welcome desk and hotel leadership.
- Lead and support revenue management initiatives and teams.
- Ensure strategies align with brand standards and business goals.
Ideal candidate:
- Experience in hotel revenue management.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of revenue management systems and hotel industry practices.
