Revenue Operations – Collection & Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Collection & Compliance Specialist with strong cross-border communication skills, an operational mindset, and proven expertise in accounts receivable management, collection process optimization, payment tool expansion and implementation, and compliance risk control.

This role is ideal for someone with high autonomy, a proactive mindset, and a passion for tackling challenges. You will play a key role within the existing team, driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to ensure healthy cash flow, regulatory compliance, and a balance between customer experience and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Receivable & Collections:

Monitor and track accounts receivable to ensure collection targets are met
Communicate with clients and sales teams on payment progress and overdue accounts
Develop and optimize collection processes and SOPs

2. Compliance & Risk Management:

Enforce compliance policies to ensure collection and contract processes meet regulatory and internal standards
Conduct regular risk assessments on accounts and contracts, providing actionable recommendations

3. Payment Tool Expansion & Implementation

Plan and lead the rollout of new payment tools or solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
Analyze market-specific collection needs and develop optimal tool selection and implementation strategies
Work with technical and finance teams to execute cross-market deployment and training

4. Operations & System Optimization

Utilize Python, Excel (advanced functions & pivot tables), and Google Apps Script (GAS) for data analysis, automated reporting, and process enhancement
Partner closely with finance, legal, customer success, and sales teams to resolve operational bottlenecks

5. Cross-Market Collaboration

Collaborate with teams in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other markets on cross-border collection and compliance matters
Regularly report operational updates, collection performance, and tool implementation progress to management
