Revenue Operations Engineer (RevOps) | HubSpot, Automation & AI

We are looking for a RevOps Engineer – Growth to own our reporting, CRM operations, GTM systems, and automation. This role will ensure data accuracy, build executive dashboards, optimize our Growth tech stack, and develop automations and AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency and support data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain executive and GTM performance dashboards.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity through workflows, automation, and validation.
  • Monitor marketing and sales KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and anomalies.
  • Manage and optimize the Growth technology stack and integrations.
  • Develop automations and AI-powered workflows to streamline business processes.
  • Support Marketing and Sales teams with CRM and system improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Growth Operations.
  • Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Strong understanding of GTM metrics, sales funnels, pipeline, conversion rates, and attribution.
  • Experience building dashboards using HubSpot, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
  • Experience with APIs, Webhooks, JSON, SQL, and scripting (Python or JavaScript).
  • Experience designing automations and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, Consulting, or Professional Services.
  • Familiarity with Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, HubSpot Sequences, or similar GTM tools.
  • Experience with SEO and attribution tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • Experience maintaining CMS-based websites.
  • Experience building AI agents using LLM APIs or orchestration frameworks.
