Trust Payments has an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Operations Executive to join their team.

How will you make an impact in this role?
The Role:

The Role The Revenue Operations team plays a central role in driving the success of our Commercial, Partnership, and Account Management teams — ensuring commercial opportunities progress efficiently from initial engagement through to onboarding.

As a Revenue Operations Executive, you will take ownership of day-to-day operational processes that keep the Sales team running effectively. You will coordinate activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure customers experience a seamless journey throughout the sales cycle. What We Expect of You, Day To Day:
  • Partner with Direct and Partner Sales teams to drive activity across the full sales lifecycle
  • Manage and resolve incoming tickets via Zendesk, ensuring requests are addressed within agreed SLAs, accurately categorised, prioritised, and escalated where appropriate
  • Apply strong attention to detail when handling ticket requests, ensuring responses are thorough, accurate, and professional
  • Coordinate customer documentation, internal approvals, and commercial administration for new business
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and customer data within Salesforce and other commercial systems
  • Engage with internal departments — including Operations, Underwriting, Risk, Product, and Customer Success — to progress opportunities efficiently
  • Monitor open opportunities, identify blockers, and drive resolution with the relevant teams
  • Contribute to internal meetings and take ownership of follow-up actions
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and internal guidance materials
  • Build a solid understanding of Trust Payments' products, services, and commercial processes
  • Ensure Sales teams have access to up-to-date collateral and supporting documentation
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives focused on improving processes and operational efficiency

Qualifications
  • Some experience in an administrative, operational, or customer-facing role is desirable, though not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A willingness to learn CRM systems; prior experience with Salesforce is an advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team within a fast-moving environment
