Revenue Operations Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead based in the United States.

This is a high-impact revenue operations leadership role focused on accelerating growth, improving profitability, and modernizing go-to-market execution. You will own the systems, processes, planning, and analytics that help revenue teams perform at their best. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on process optimization, automation, and AI adoption. You will work closely with sales, marketing, product, technology, and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities and remove operational bottlenecks. A major focus will be transforming reporting into predictive intelligence and using AI to increase team capacity and decision-making speed. You will also shape sales planning, capacity models, incentives, enablement, and revenue workflows. This is an opportunity to play a central role in building scalable revenue infrastructure within a fast-moving technology and insurance environment.

Accountabilities

  • Own and optimize sales, engagement, customer service, and revenue processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical solutions that improve efficiency and support growth.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning, including productivity drivers, staffing models, capacity planning, and alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Develop predictive reporting and dashboards that identify anomalies, pipeline risks, performance bottlenecks, and recommended next actions rather than simply reporting historical results.
  • Design and maintain quota methodologies and variable compensation structures that align incentives with company goals, using AI-assisted analysis to evaluate assumptions and support sound financial planning.
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, product, technology, and field leadership to align priorities, improve workflows, and strengthen revenue performance across functions.
  • Use AI-assisted analysis to generate market insights, competitive intelligence, forecasts, and performance signals that help leadership identify opportunities and risks earlier.
  • Build and improve marketing operations processes that measure campaign performance, assess return on investment, and inform future go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop documented workflows, processes, and communication standards that improve coordination between field, marketing, and operational teams while reducing friction.
  • Build and maintain AI-powered workflows that reduce cycle times, automate submission routing, surface actionable insights, and minimize manual work across the sales and customer retention lifecycle.
  • Design integrations and automations across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Intercom to improve data consistency, reduce manual entry, and keep revenue systems synchronized.
  • Establish controls and monitoring processes that promote appropriate and consistent use of revenue systems, workflows, and technology.
  • Evaluate and deploy AI copilots, predictive models, workflow automation, and other emerging technologies that increase team capacity and eliminate repetitive work.
  • Create and deliver reporting and performance insights that clearly explain the drivers behind revenue results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop playbooks, facilitate enablement sessions, and establish effective practices for adopting new technologies and processes across the go-to-market organization.
  • Requirements

    • Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, go-to-market strategy, or a closely related analytical leadership function.
    • Demonstrated ability to optimize revenue processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and translate business objectives into scalable systems and workflows.
    • Strong experience with sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, capacity planning, productivity analysis, and performance measurement.
    • Experience designing or managing quota methodologies, incentive structures, or variable compensation programs, with the ability to connect incentives to financial and business objectives.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights, predictive reporting, and clear recommendations.
    • Experience using AI tools and technologies to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, improve productivity, and enhance go-to-market decision-making.
    • Familiarity with CRM, marketing, customer engagement, and revenue technology platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Intercom.
    • Ability to design system integrations, automation workflows, data controls, and operational processes that improve consistency and reduce manual intervention.
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering effectively with sales, marketing, product, technology, finance, and executive leadership.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain operational and analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.
    • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and a strong bias toward action, experimentation, continuous improvement, and measurable results.
    • Experience in insurance, SaaS, fintech, or another technology-driven industry is advantageous.
    • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where processes, priorities, and technologies continue to evolve.
    • Benefits

      • Opportunity to take ownership of critical revenue operations initiatives within a growing technology and insurance environment.
      • High-impact role with direct exposure to executive and cross-functional leadership.
      • Opportunity to shape how AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies are adopted across go-to-market operations.
      • Fully remote working environment.
      • Collaborative and inclusive workplace designed to help employees feel respected, supported, and connected.
      • Opportunities to work alongside experienced leaders across revenue, data, insurance, underwriting, and technology.
      • Equal opportunity employment environment with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
      • Career growth opportunities through ownership of strategic initiatives and broad cross-functional responsibilities.
