About The Role

The Analyst provides data-driven insights and operational support to help identify opportunities, improve processes, and mitigate risks across the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. By analyzing data, reviewing agreements, and supporting key compliance activities, this role contributes to protecting revenue, improving cash flow, and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.

As part of the OTC Revenue Compliance Team, the Analyst supports revenue protection initiatives by reviewing customer agreements, validating deductions, monitoring compliance with established processes, and partnering with stakeholders across global markets. The role focuses on identifying risks, supporting process improvements, and contributing to Dyson's overall financial performance.

You will:

  • Analyze performance data and support the development of reporting and analytical solutions to drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance cash collection.

  • Monitor trends, identify irregularities, and highlight potential revenue leakage or process risks.

  • Support forecasting, risk assessments, and data analysis activities to aid business decision-making.

  • Review customer agreements, monitor aged agreements, and support closeout activities in alignment with market requirements.

  • Assist in the review and assessment of new retailer contracts, providing recommendations and identifying potential commercial or compliance risks.

  • Prepare supporting documentation and analysis to facilitate revenue recovery decisions.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of best practices across markets.

  • Support maintenance and enhancement of Vistex workflows to improve process efficiency and standardization.

  • Monitor rebate and promotional spend accruals, ensuring they are validated and accounted for accurately.

  • Support initiatives aimed at improving returns processes and identifying revenue improvement opportunities.

  • Prepare regular reports and present findings to stakeholders when required.

  • Collaborate with markets and regional teams to improve processes and enhance compliance.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects that support operational efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.

  • Research customer portals, agreements, and remittance advice documentation to identify invalid deductions and support recovery actions.

  • Support internal and external audit activities, including providing documentation and responding to requests.

About you:

  • Good understanding of the Order-to-Cash process; experience with deductions management and Vistex would be advantageous.

  • German language skill is preferable

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Effective team player with a collaborative mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently and handle large volumes of data accurately.

  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and investigate issues.

  • Familiarity with routing guides and customer deduction processes is beneficial.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advancecd in Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA would be an advantage.

  • Understanding of Retail B2B operations would be beneficial.
