POSITION SUMMARY: The Reverb and Rotary Crew Supervisor is a working position that maintains production operations and requirements during work shift.
REPORTS TO: Production Manager
SUPERVISES: Operators and Furnace Operators
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Motivate, support, and provide guidance to production staff
- Ensure that safety standards are met to keep the organization accident free
- Troubleshoot production issues
- End of shift reporting to ensure maximum output and quality is being met
- Communicate regularly with production manager
- Evaluate machines and equipment to ensure continued production with minimal downtime
- Work alongside operators to maintain production
- Regular and timely attendance are an expectation of the position.
- Follow the 5S foundations for deploying lean production tools and processes.
