Our client is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to support high-priority building and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation per project specifications.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure accuracy and resolve design clashes.
- Revise models based on design changes and specific site requirements.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in BIM modeling for building or infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Solid understanding of construction drawings and BIM workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in teams.
