We're a bootstrapped, profitable education company growing from $1.5M to $5M ARR with a team of 15. No VCs, no runway anxiety, no growth-at-all-costs theater — just a small team building something that works and compounds. We teach people to build Amazon businesses, and our outcomes are real: students who apply themselves average $5K/month in sales within their first 6 months with us.
The role:We're hiring a RevOps & Business Systems Manager to own the systems, automation, and operational backbone of the business. You'll be the person who makes sales & marketing run flawlessly, customer success operate without friction, financial systems stay clean, and new hires onboard seamlessly.
Every automation that touches the business will be yours to build, own, and improve. This is a builder seat, not a strategy seat. You'll live in Make, N8N, GoHighLevel, Close.io, Airtable, and Claude every day shipping automations that move the business forward. What you'll own:
Sales & Marketing — CRMs (GHL + Close.io), ActiveCampaign, server-side tracking via Meta CAPI / TikTok Events API / Google Enhanced Conversions, no-show recovery, full-funnel dashboards Customer Success — Student journey from kickoff through renewal, at-risk detection, engagement and support automations
Financial Systems — QuickBooks ↔ CRM ↔ payment processor integrations, commission tracking, financial dashboards
New Hire Onboarding — Automated provisioning, training paths, SOPs that get people productive in days
New Product Launches — Partner with leadership end to end: funnels, landing pages, tracking, CRM flows, attribution, fulfillment
What we're looking for:
3+ years building automations in a RevOps / business systems / automation engineering role Deep, hands-on Make and/or N8N — you've personally shipped complex multi-step automations with error handling, branching, and webhooks
Strong CRM experience (GHL or Close.io preferred; HubSpot acceptable)
You've actually set up server-side CAPIs, not just heard of them
Daily user of Claude / AI tools to build smarter and faster
Comfortable with webhooks, APIs, and basic HTML
Not a fit if:
You want to keep multiple clients on the side — this is full-time, primary engagement
You're looking for low-pressure
You've used these tools but never actually built end-to-end systems with them
