RevOps Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Systems Engineering & Deployment: Architect and execute technical changes within our CRM and broader GTM tech stack, ensuring systems are optimized for a rapidly scaling global sales floor.
- Process Automation: Independently identify manual, repetitive tasks slowing down AEs or Deal Strategists, and engineer elegant, automated workflows to eliminate them.
- Data Integrity Governance: Serve as the absolute guardian of our database. You will build the validation rules, audit schedules, and integration syncs necessary to ensure our forecasting models are built on flawless data.
- Cross-Functional System Alignment: Partner with Finance and Marketing operations to ensure data passes seamlessly from initial lead capture all the way through to revenue recognition and capacity provisioning.
- Documentation & Training: Write clear, robust technical documentation for all system architecture changes and train the broader operations team on new functionalities.
- 3+ years of experience as a technical RevOps specialist, CRM developer, or GTM systems specialist in a complex B2B enterprise environment.
- Hands-on expertise with modern GTM tool stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, CPQ tools, data enrichment platforms) with an understanding of relational database architecture and API integrations.
- An innate ability to strive in ambiguity. You can take a vague complaint from a sales leader ("our quoting process is too slow") and independently translate it into a structured, technical system fix.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a builder's mindset. You take immense pride in writing clean operational logic and building systems that don't break at scale.
- A proactive, consultative approach; you don't just build what is asked, you advise the business on the best way to build it.
