Summary
Analyzes and documents requirements for an electronic lab notebook (ELN) platform in a regulated life-sciences environment, ensuring GxP compliance and supporting validation and user testing.

Compensation Range: W2 $65-$70/hr. OR C2C $75-$90/hr. - no 1099

We are seeking a Product Analyst / IT Business Analyst to support an electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) platform within a regulated life sciences environment. This role partners closely with Product Management, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver enhancements, support releases, and ensure solutions meet GxP expectations (validation, audit readiness, and data integrity).
- Partner with Product Owner/Product Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for GxP-regulated systems and ELN solutions.
- Support implementation, configuration, and lifecycle management for Revvity Signals ELN or similar.
- Drive system/process compliance with GxP requirements, including validation support, audit readiness, and data integrity practices.
- Serve as product SME for assigned digital solutions, owning enhancements, triage, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Quality/Regulatory on compliance activities, including change control/UAT support.
- Plan and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and onboarding for new features/upgrades.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities.
- Maintain SDLC documentation (e.g., user stories, functional specs, SOPs, validation deliverables).
- Bachelor's (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of IT business analysis and/or product analysis experience in pharma/life sciences.
- Working knowledge of GxP and how it applies to IT systems (validation, audit readiness, data integrity).
- Hands-on experience supporting an electronic lab notebook (ELN) solution (Revvity Signals strongly preferred; comparable ELN experience accepted).
- Experience working across SDLC methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).
- Working experience with Jira and documentation/collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence) and testing tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience implementing end-to-end scientific workflows in ELNs and/or other lab informatics systems.
- Familiarity with data governance concepts and FAIR data principles.
- Experience partnering with analytics/reporting teams to ensure scientific/operational data is structured for reporting and decision-making.
- Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives in life sciences.
- Ability to work in (or aligned with) Eastern Time business hours.
