Job Summary

Design and develop RF/analog transceiver ICs using CMOS technology, performing schematic design, simulation, implementation, layout, and testing to deliver high-performance wireless integrated circuits.

Responsibilities

  • Design RF/analog transceiver IC circuits and systems based on CMOS technology to meet performance specifications
  • Develop detailed schematics and conduct behavioral and circuit-level simulations to validate designs
  • Implement circuit designs and create layout designs ensuring manufacturability and functionality
  • Perform testing and characterization of RF/analog IC modules to verify design integrity and performance
  • Design and test key RF/analog IC modules including VCO, PLL, LNA, PA, MIXER, PMU, ADC, and DAC
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate design progress and challenges clearly

Required competencies and certifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in microelectronics, communications, electronic engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in RF/analog IC design and testing
