Job Summary\:

Textron Systems Electronic Systems is looking for a Radio Frequency (RF)/Microwave (MW) Design Engineer to add to our team developing state of the art RF/MW assemblies for our rapidly growing business unit. The ideal candidate would have a passion for developing component-level RF/MW and analog hardware designs, along with a working knowledge of digital hardware designs. This Electrical engineer position will be responsible for the detailed design and selection of components and sub-circuits with exposure to the entire hardware design cycle, from conceptual design to production support.

Responsibilities\:

• Work as part of small team designing state-of-the-art integrated microwave assemblies with access to latest technology in RF and MW design.
• Support development through component selection, evaluation, modeling, and testing.
• Research, simulation, and modeling of individual components and system level including printed filter design.
• Design work ranging from analog and digital circuits, fabrication and assembly, PCB design, hybrid assembly, test, and debugging of electrical assemblies
• Opportunities to work in all aspects of design from initial development phase through full-rate production support.
• Challenging work supporting all products in the fast-moving design environment of Textron Systems Electronic Systems organization.
