| 4 | • SCFT/Cluster Optimization, providing recommendations to improve Coverage, Mobility, Traffic Management, DL/UL Throughput etc. |
| 5 | • Experience with Multi-Layer RF Optimization including 5G/LTE/VoLTE/2G. |
| 6 | • 5G Optimization experience covering NSA/SA, mmWave Optimization. |
| 7 | • Must have hands on experience of OSS & Performance KPI Monitoring and Optimization. |
| 8 | • Hands on experience on RF optimization PM tools i.e. Mycom, JCP, USM/LSMR etc. |
| 9 | • Thorough understanding of 3GPP specifications for LTE/LTE-A/5G features and Protocols. |
| 10 | • Good understanding of VOLTE/CS network and call flows. |
| 11 | • Good analytical and logical skills. |
| 12 | • Must be a good team player having the ability & attitude to resolve the customer issues (external as well as internal). |
