Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced RF Test Engineer II to join our Engineering team and support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of RF test setups, fixtures, and automated testing processes. The ideal candidate brings hands-on RF test experience, strong technical troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams.

Salary Range: $75,000-$100,000

What you will do

  • Design and build RF test bench setups and fixtures to support manual and ATE testing.
  • Maintain, train, and continuously improve test configurations to support the fast-paced design and production of power amplifiers.
  • Lead and support Design Verification Testing activities, providing technical information and feedback to project engineers and design review teams.
  • Write code, fix bugs, and collaborate with team members to optimise test programs.
  • Support Operations teams with testing and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Research, analyse, design, and create processes for testing and troubleshooting RF components and RF systems.
  • Collaborate in a team environment to analyse specifications and performance requirements, and create and implement test configurations.
  • Create and manage documentation procedures for Design Verification, Factory Acceptance, Qualification, and/or Functional Testing.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related RF test engineering field.
  • Strong understanding of RF power amplifier testing and standard RF measurements, including S-Parameters such as S21, S11, S22, and S12, IMD, harmonics, spurious emissions, P1dB/P3dB, gain compression, noise figure, and ACPR.
  • Experience supporting qualification testing, including vibration, EMI/EMC, and lightning testing.
  • Ability to interpret relevant industry standards, including DO-160.
  • Experience with LabVIEW for test automation.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Visio.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must be able to legally work in the US without sponsorship. Must be able to pass a post offer drug test upon hire.
