RF Test Engineer - Reno/Sparks Manufacturing Facility

Key Responsibilities :
<NPI & Design Support>
Review RF test requirements and collaborate with hardware/software teams to develop manufacturing RF test and calibration strategies for NPI.
Define RF test coverage, calibration limits, tolerance windows and validate RF test/calibration sequences for SMT stations.
Prepare RF test documentation, work instructions and engineering change notices (ECNs) for RF test programs.
Support NPI builds, RF test station bring-up, RF performance validation and project MIL tracking.

<Production Support >
Release RF test SOP and RF test policy to production line for mass manufacturing.
Monitor daily RF test performance, troubleshoot high RF failure rate, calibration drift and retest issues on production floor.
Analyze RF yield drop, frequency deviation, sensitivity and power-related failure modes.

< Test System & Continuous Improvement>
Support RF test fixture, antenna test jig and RF instrument validation, Capex and QPL planning for long-lead RF test equipment.
Drive continuous improvement on RF test cycle time, calibration stability, test coverage and station utilization.
Train production operators and technicians on RF test flows, instrument handling and ESD control.
