At Valtec, our drones fly missions far from shore. Our communication links have to hold up over long distances, rough seas, and changing weather, and they also connect through LEO satellites. We’re looking for a hands-on RF engineer to join our team and help turn communication designs into working systems: measuring, validating, tuning, and deploying in the field. 【主要工作任務 / Key Responsibilities】

1. 長距離通訊鏈路建置與優化 / Long-Range Link Implementation & Optimization
・與團隊協作，執行無人機長距離通訊系統的建置、測試與調校。
Work with the team to build, test, and tune long-range communication systems for our drones.
・分析鏈路表現與測試數據，提出改善方向並持續優化。
Analyze link performance and test data, then propose and carry out improvements.

2. 射頻元件選型與驗證 / RF Component Selection & Validation
・協助評估射頻通訊模組、天線與訊號放大器的選型。
Help evaluate and select RF communication modules, antennas, and signal amplifiers.
・規劃並執行性能驗證測試，整理測試紀錄與報告。
Plan and run performance verification tests, and document results and reports.

3. 衛星通訊與現場部署 / Satellite Communication & Field Deployment
・協助低軌衛星通訊整合與 RF 參數配置。
Support LEO satellite integration and RF parameter configuration.
・赴國內外現場執行天線安裝、調校與問題排除。
Travel to sites in Taiwan and abroad to install, tune, and troubleshoot antennas and links.

4. 產品整合 / Product Integration
・與機構及硬體團隊協作，規劃天線、通訊接頭、控制電路與電源的配置。
Work with the mechanical and hardware teams on the layout of antennas, connectors, control circuits, and power.

5. 法規認證與研發支援 / Compliance & R&D Support
・協助準備 RF 法規認證所需的測試與文件。
Help prepare testing and documentation for RF regulatory certification.
・必要時支援其他研發專案。
Support other R&D projects as needed.
