Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose patients with various joint and connective tissue disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and vasculitis.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies.
- Perform procedures such as joint injections and monitor treatment responses.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families about disease processes, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate medical records and comply with healthcare regulations.
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to clinical research if applicable.
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization and board certification in rheumatology.
- Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
- Proven clinical experience in managing joint and connective tissue disorders.
- Excellent diagnostic and patient management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
