RHF Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary:

We are seeking a experienced RHF Quality Control Inspector to ensure that our furniture meets the highest standards of quality. This role involves traveling to multiple Rock House Farm brand locations, inspecting assigned finished products, and ensuring they comply with our quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, be highly knowledgeable in the furniture industry, and possess excellent communication skills. A clean driving record and the ability to travel extensively using your own vehicle are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed inspections of furniture, including upholstery and wood finishes, at various locations.
• Examine products for defects, imperfections, color variations, finishes, fabrics, and stitching on wood finishes and upholstery products. Also inspect metal and other components for defects.
• Inspect and access replacement, repair, and return products to determine quality compliance.
• Communicate inspection findings with corporate and agent showrooms.
• Work closely with the VP of RHF Showrooms and collaborate with customer service representatives to address and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain quality spreadsheets by imputing quality data accurately into Excel worksheets.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for quality control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
