Job Summary
KGA seeks full- and part-time rhythmic gymnastics coaches to teach recreational and competitive classes for children aged 3 and above, supporting athlete development and competition preparation.
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply KGA’s coaching systems and methods through full training
- Identify talented children who can reach milestones to advance to higher skill levels
- Build and develop a team of competitive gymnasts
- Conduct class sessions and contribute to the development of class plans
- Assist with administrative tasks related to classes and events
- Prepare athletes for in-house competitions to achieve performance goals
- Collaborate with team members and communicate athlete progress to parents
- Prepare for local and international competitions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience coaching competitive gymnastics in Singapore
- Preferably a background as a gymnast
- Full NROC certification with Coach SG
- Standard First Aid
- Qualification as national level 1 RG judge in individual and group with Singapore Gymnastics
- Passion for coaching and commitment to developing coaching skills
- Enjoy working with children
