此職務不僅是既有客戶維護，更希望您能主動發掘市場機會、開發潛在客戶，從陌生開發、建立關係、需求確認，到商務洽談及專案導入，逐步拓展日本市場。

We are looking for a sales professional with experience in developing the Japanese market and acquiring new customers. Candidates with knowledge or experience in cable/wire products and connectors will be given priority.
This role goes beyond managing existing accounts. We are looking for someone who can proactively identify market opportunities and develop prospective customers—from initial outreach and relationship building to understanding customer needs, business negotiations, and project implementation—while steadily expanding our presence in the Japanese market.
