--KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES--

• Daily processing of GUI management, vendor’s payment, SAP Concur, Duty tax and Withholding tax payment
• Prepare Journal Entries for daily operation and monthly closing
• Perform monthly accounts reconciliation and handle WS operation
• Timely follow up AR status
• Support on digital flow enhancement projects- excel VBA and office power automate tool
• Provide the administration support in filing, cheque
• Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by line manager
