Rig Up Driver
The Rig Up Driver will perform a variety of routine and complex transportation work in driving and coordinating transportation plans.
- Participate in pre-trip preparations of vehicle
- Ensure proper equipment is loaded on vehicle prior to leaving the yard
- Fill out Log Book
- Coordinate with dispatch office for job assignments, maps, special instructions, etc…
- Conduct JSA before entering job site and plan entry route
- Prepare invoice tickets for any damaged equipment
- Complete Job Safety Analysis reports, logs, way bills, vehicle inspection, fuel reports, expense reports
- Employees in this position are considered confidential, maintaining the utmost confidentiality in dealing with business information
- Dispatch, oversee and direct swamper
- General training for swampers
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
- Must be able to be on 24 hour call on scheduled days
