RIGGER LEADER

You will serve as a Rigger Leader in the Weapons Department, Missile Support Division of STRATEGIC WEAPONS FACILITY PACIFIC.

You will lead riggers and Crane Operators.

You will receive and relay instructions from supervisors.

You will check the work in progress, notify supervisors of training needs, equipment, material, or personnel shortages or problems.

You will assure that safety and housekeeping rules are followed.

You will demonstrate proper work methods in working with with other employees and set the pace.

You will maintain current knowledge of procedures, policies, written instructions and other directives in order to direct work and answer questions from other workers.
