ABOUT THE ROLE //An opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated full time Retail Store Manager - In Training to manage our Waikiki store! Duties include:

Ensuring the overall profitable operation and management of the store
Ensure sales targets are met
Reporting results as required
Managing rosters, recruitment and development
Leading from example providing customer's with the ultimate Rip Curl customer experience
