Riser - AI Engineer

• Design, build, and deploy Generative AI solutions (LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows) that address business needs across AMAN's lines of business.
• Gather and analyze requirements from business units, translate them into technical solutions, and choose the right approach: a low-code platform such as Dify, or development frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or ARK.
• Develop and maintain AI agents and orchestration workflows, including tool and API integrations with internal systems and data sources.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts and retrieval strategies to improve the accuracy, reliability, and cost-efficiency of AI solutions.
• Package and deploy solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, and make sure they are production ready, monitored, and maintainable.
• Evaluate model and solution performance using defined metrics, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve deployed use cases.
• Document solutions, architectures, and reusable components, and contribute to the squad's shared knowledge base and best practices
• Stay current with emerging AI models, tools, and frameworks, and propose new use cases and improvements to the squad.

Technical Skills

• Generative AI & LLM Application Development: Expertise in building LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Dify.
• AI Integration & Workflow Orchestration: Proficiency in API integration, AI agent development, and connecting AI solutions with internal systems and data sources.
• Prompt Engineering & Retrieval Optimization: Ability to design and optimize prompts, retrieval strategies, and evaluation metrics to improve AI accuracy and performance.
• AI Deployment & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and production monitoring to deploy and maintain scalable AI solutions.
