Summary
You monitor customer transactions and behavior to detect fraud in Rebirth Finance’s payment and digital wallet systems, analyze risk reports, and help improve fraud-prevention processes.
You review customer accounts and transactions for fraudulent activity, monitor customer behavior and detect suspicious patterns, analyze risk reports and alerts, evaluate verification documents, support due diligence, communicate risk issues across departments, and help improve risk-control processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Review and identify fraudulent activities related to customer accounts and transactions
- Monitor customer behavior and detect new fraud patterns and suspicious behavior
- Monitor fraud performance across customer segments and suggest corrective measures
- Prepare and analyze risk-related reports and alerts
- Communicate risk-related information with other departments
- Analyze fraud risk through transaction checks and data analysis
- Take timely actions to prevent financial loss
- Monitor and evaluate verification documents
- Support initial and ongoing due diligence
- Maintain complete and appropriate documentation
- Participate in developing internal processes and systems
- Implement and use risk-control systems
