A strategic role for someone who wants to do more than crunch numbers β you'll shape risk indicators and drive real business impact, from portfolio performance to collections efficiency.
What you'll do:
π Lead and grow a team of data analysts
π Drive risk strategy through data-backed decisions
π¬ Own the full analytics cycle β reporting, A/B testing, ad-hoc analysis
π‘ Pilot new tools to boost collections performance
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in data analytics, 1+ year leading a team
- Background in fintech, big tech, or fast-scaling data-driven companies
- Strong SQL & Python; Tableau or similar
- Solid A/B testing experience
- B2+ English
