We are looking for
Risk & Compliance Manager (m/f/d)
at one of our locations in EMEA region - Germany (Reutlingen), Hungary (Budaörs)
Your tasks:
Responsible for “Compliance” in accordance with customer specific expectations and act as point of contact for the customer
Comply with customer requests about ESG
Governance responsible for Risk management. Integrate risk management into governance and operation
Develop and maintain a global Enterprise Risk Management framework aligned with ISO 31000 and automotive expectations (including IATF 16949 and OEM requirements).
Lead periodic global and regional risk assessments and maintain the corporate risk register.
Establish risk appetite and tolerance levels in alignment with senior leadership.
Present consolidated risk reports to top management.
Drive a culture of proactive risk identification and mitigation across all business functions:
Operational & Manufacturing Risk Control
Quality & Customer Risk Oversight
Supply Chain & Purchasing Risk Management
Project, Engineering & Innovation Risk
Financial, Controlling & Internal Controls Risk
Financial, Controlling & Internal Controls Risk
HR, Facility & Organizational Risk
Strategic & Executive Support
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Management, Finance, or related field
Training and experience in ISO 31000; ISO 9001; IATF16949
English and German proficiency
Automotive experience (5 years)
Manufacturing experience (3 years)
Experience in Quality Function (3 years)
Critical and analytical thinking, proactivity
