Risk and Compliance Manager
You will manage the formal compliance review of customer marketing materials and campaigns, coordinate approvals with Legal and Marketing, advise teams on consumer finance regulations, monitor regulatory trends, support regulatory responses, assess compliance risks, and manage a small team of resources.
Responsibilities
- Manage formal reviews of external customer marketing content and campaigns
- Coordinate with Legal, Marketing, and other departments to obtain approvals and feedback
- Provide compliance advisory support throughout product and campaign lifecycles
- Apply consumer finance regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
- Monitor industry trends and the regulatory environment
- Assist with regulatory responses and compliance advisory duties
- Assess compliance risks associated with client-specific product constructs
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and customers
- Manage a small team of resources
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory marketing compliance in banking, financial services, or fintech
- Experience with consumer protection regulations such as UDAP/UDAAP, Reg Z, E, and B
- Experience with Banking as a Service
- Knowledge of bank and payments financial ecosystems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and project management abilities
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize competing priorities
- Ability to manage a small team
- Experience supporting bank partnerships, audits, and examinations
- Experience with collateral review systems or tools
- CRCM designation or similar compliance designation
