Risk and Portfolio Manager
Details:
• Manage reporting milestones for initiation, planning, execution, control and closure of all projects in the PMO.
• Schedule and facilitate PMO meetings for initial project approval, and project status updates at each PMO process gate.
• Facilitate project prioritization discussions with PMO team, based on workforce capacity.
• Maintain dashboards on project health.
• Administer the Risk Management process, and ensure alignment across the site.
• Facilitate Risk Management meetings for risk identification and escalation on department and site level.
• Maintain risk dashboard and update risks in the global risk register.
• Other duties as assigned.
Bachelors degree
• 2-5 years in pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing
• 1-3 years project management
• 2-5 years in pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing
