Food factory in Jurong is seeking an experienced Risk Management & ISO 22000 Manager to lead and maintain its Risk Management System and Food Safety Management System, ensuring compliance and fostering a strong safety culture across operations.
Job Summary
Take full ownership of the company’s Risk Management System, Risk Assessments, and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System to ensure regulatory compliance and promote safety culture in a food manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s Risk Management framework to mitigate operational risks effectively
- Develop, review, and update Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and related safety documentation to ensure workplace safety and compliance
- Lead the implementation and continuous maintenance of the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System to meet food safety standards
- Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with management, production, maintenance, warehouse, and delivery teams to integrate risk and safety practices across departments
- Conduct staff training sessions to promote awareness and adherence to safety and food safety protocols
- Ensure all safety and food safety documentation is complete, accurate, and regularly updated
