Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As a Risk & Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of all current and future Store safety and Claims communication and collateral, as well as own and monitor incident volume & conversion. You will directly support and impact the effectiveness of General Liability and Store Safety Operations.
What You’ll Do
Plan, communicate, implement, and maintain ownership of all General Liability & Store Safety collateral across the appropriate platforms
Develop, edit and format communication to the stores and external partners to ensure execution, productivity, and clarity of intention
Provide communication guidance to partners on the appropriate course of action by evaluating the business need, audience, timing and impact of the message
Research, recommend and implement improvements to communication tools and processes
Review and approve communication content, ensuring content is streamlined, appropriate for the audience and timely
Participate in project status meetings and update project plans and communication
Audit communication tools to ensure consistency, accuracy and timeliness
Gather feedback from corporate and field partners to implement improvements
Work with internal partners to evaluate operational improvements to enhance efficiency
Monitor non-claim incident volume. Identify those that need to be converted to claims
Suggest updates to portal input/output for more accurate reporting
Travel less than 5%
Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary
What Skills You Have
Required
1+ years of experience in related field
Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
Preferred
Previous Communication and/or Operations experience
Legal and/or Compliance background
Retail experience
