Summary

Designs and implements data-driven strategies to recover delinquent loans and restructure troubled credit portfolios, using analytics to minimize losses and guide future lending decisions.

We're growing our Risk Management function and are looking for experienced professionals who can use data, strategy, and analytical thinking to strengthen our credit portfolio and drive better business decisions.
This is a strategic, not purely operational, role.
We're looking for professionals who can analyze trends, identify risks, and develop solutions that improve portfolio quality across the credit lifecycle.

We're looking for an experienced recovery strategist who can minimize credit losses through data-driven recovery strategies, restructuring recommendations, and portfolio insights.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute recovery and restructuring strategies.
Analyze the root causes of defaults and portfolio losses.
Recommend settlement, restructuring, and legal recovery approaches.
Collaborate with legal, recovery agents, and other stakeholders.
Provide insights that improve future lending decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
5 - 8 years' experience in Recovery, Credit Risk, Loan Restructuring, or Portfolio Management.
Strong analytical, investigative, and negotiation skills.
Banking, fintech, or financial services experience is preferred.

Salary
N700,000 Gross Monthly.
