Risk Strategy Manager

• Prepare internal reports and analysis for review by head of risk strategy.

• Document routine processes and provide support for strategy reviews.

• Ensure timely achievement of KPIs for the specific countries.

• Coordinate with GTM teams when rolling out new strategies

• Write succinct and thoughtful documentation that explains recommendations

• Use SQL and R or Python for data extraction and manipulation.

• Work with Data Science to implement ML and AI models.

• Use A/B Test recommendations into policies

• Write detailed documentation explaining recommendations.

• Own and manage risk KPIs for designated portfolios.

• Experience in risk strategy ideally within the fintech industry.

• Proven track record in analytics

• Understanding of statistical tools and methods, and experience working with large data sets.

• Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python.

• Strong documentation and communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to key stakeholders.

Specialized Knowledge:

• Advanced Data Analysis: Expertise in using SQL, R, or Python to extract and manipulate data, create models, perform analysis, and generate forecasts.

• Risk Modeling: Proficient in developing and implementing predictive models to manage and mitigate risk.
