About the Role

As an On-site Engineer at Rite, you’ll own the customer journey from the initial POV through implementation, adoption, and long-term success. You’ll work closely with on-site construction teams, ensuring Rite is successfully implemented and delivering value to its customers.

You’ll be the main point of contact for your projects, working directly with on-site engineers and other construction professionals. You’ll lead POVs, support implementation, build customer relationships, and bring your on-site insights back to our Product and AlgOps teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from pilot to implementation, adoption, and long-term relationship.
• Lead customer POVs on-site, including product demonstrations, onboarding, and follow-up.
• Work closely with execution engineers and project teams to understand their workflows and needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and become the trusted point of contact for your projects.
• Work with Product and AlgOps to communicate customer feedback, identify gaps, and drive solutions.
• Visit customer sites regularly and support teams throughout implementation and ongoing use.
• Help build repeatable processes that allow us to scale our customer operations.

Requirements

• BSc. in Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering, or relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Experience working on construction sites, particularly within the structural execution phase.
• Experience as an on-site Engineer, Inspector, or similar construction-facing role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and interpreting construction drawings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ownership, independence, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customers’ sites.
