Registered Nurse, Charge Nurse - 12 Hour Night Shift - Bonus Program

Full-Time: 72 hours

Bonus Program Eligible: Work six scheduled 12-hour shifts per 2-week pay period and get paid for 80 hours!!!

Available Shifts:

Week 1: Monday, Friday, and Saturday

Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Holiday rotation participation.

NOC: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

RN Charge Nurse

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking an RN to join our skilled nursing and rehab community, Riverside Transitional Care. When working as the Charge Nurse, it will be the successful candidate’s responsibility to direct resident care on the assigned shift and provide leadership, management, and direction for staff.

What You’ll Do

• Provide nursing care to our geriatric population
• Administer medications and provide treatments
• Assess, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care
• As Charge, you will lead the care team on your shift, overseeing and directing care provided to residents by nursing department staff
• As Charge, provide direction and coordination with other department staff as needed
• Initiate and lead emergency procedures in the event of disaster or emergency

What You’ll Need

• Current license to practice in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification
• 1-2 years of experience, required; preferably within a geriatric setting
• Strong organization and communication skills are a must!

Our Wages

• Bonus eligible = $95,000 - $103,000 Starting Annual
• Based on experience and qualifications
• We pay for high performance. We will review your wage at six months and at least annually.
• Bonus eligible
• Differentials: PM, NOC, Weekend, and Charge.
• Incentives for pick-up shifts.
