RMA Sorting Technician (測試技術員)

Job description:

• Follow Engineer instruction and SOP to conduct RMA testing on dedicated test station
• Set up test station and ensure the functionality for testing
• Manage material and testing equipment at each station
• Conduct RMA testing on dedicated test station
• Perform electrical measurement techniques, especially impedance measurements
• Handle Relabeling and repackaging
• Prepare sorting report and monthly summary
• Data entry and collect sorting data and test logfile
• Visual inspection
• 遵照助理工程師的要求及公司電性量測的規範在適當的測試平台進行RMA測試
• 設置測試平台和確認功能正常.
• 管理每台的測試平台物料(電線,工具等)和測試設備
• 在適當的測試平台進行RMA測試
• 電性量測 (Impedance measurement)
• 處理重新印制標籤和重新包裝RMA板子
• 準備測試報告和每月總結
• 資料輸入到資料庫和收集完畢的測試文件
• 目視檢查板子

Requirement:

• Proficient on Linux system and other computer languages
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Computer literacy and familiar with computer hardware and networking
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
